Is my money safe?

Your money is held at your choosen broker, along with ours. The money is held in your name, we have only authority to trade the account. We do not have access to your capital at all.

Can you have USD or EUR based accounts?

No, it has to be converted to USD$ for our MAM (Management software) to operate properly.

What is MT4?

MT4 is short for MetaTrader 4. This is the software we use to trade Forex, it is recognised as being the most popular software for this purpose in the industry.

What is the minimum clients can invest?

Minimum to take advantage of this service is $5.000 (But strongly recommend to start with min. $10.000.) If your capital is less than 5000 USD, but you would like to try our service, please let us know.

What are the managed account fees?

We charge 30% performance based fee. Fees are taken on High water mark which means we can not take profit sharing until your account surpasses the previous months' balance at the time of profit share.

When is the performance fee deducted?

The performance fee [30% of profit] is deducted on the last business day of each month or the first business day of the month threafter. It is based on high water mark.

Can I withdraw my money at anytime?

Yes, it is your money. If however, you decide to leave at end of a month, you will need to wait until our performance fee is taken from your account. There is no minimum lock in period.

Is the account in my name?

The managed account is held in your name, not ours. We have only LPOA that allows us to trade your account, we cannot withdraw any of your funds. Only you as account holder can make withdrawal requests. We do not hold trades for any longer than a few hours, so you can exit the program as you like.

How many clients do you have and money under management?

As of June 2011, we have 550+ clients with US$20 Million MuM. (Money Under Management).

How do I see you trading on my account?

You will have read access to your account through MT4. You can view and Track trades in real time.
